Sales Manager - Pharma Industry - Belgium Functieomschrijving As a successful Sales Manager - Pharma Industry - Belgium, you will have the following responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the (para-) pharmacies and groupings, online & offline - Oversee the preparation and management of the sales budget for pharmaceutical representatives & KAM - Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and objectives to ensure meeting goals & objectives - Lead & management the pharmaceutical representatives & the KAM - implement KPIs, actions plans and define forecast - Coach the sales teams, assist the pharma representative team, support the KAM and train new comers - Maintain relationships with key clients in the life sciences industry - Directly negotiate with resellers - Monitor and analyze sales performance against goals - Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products - Represent the company at industry events and conferences Profiel As a successful Sales Manager - Pharma Industry - Belgium, you will have the following profile: - Master in Business administration, marketing or related field - Proven leadership skills with +5 years of experience leading a pharma sales team - Previous experience as KAM, in negotiating with pharma/parapharma groupings - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proactive approach with strategical & operational mindset - The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Fluent in French, Dutch & English Aanbod As a successful Sales Manager - Pharma Industry - Belgium, you will have: - A competitive fix salary coupled with interesting benefits package & a Bonus system - An opportunity to work in a leading life sciences company - A positive, inclusive company culture that values teamwork and innovation
